Booking & Payment
How do I book a transfer?
Book online, by phone, or by WhatsApp with your route, date, time, and passenger count — you’ll get a fixed price immediately.
How do I pay?
Payment options are confirmed at booking, with both pay-on-arrival and pre-payment available depending on route and vehicle class.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The fare confirmed at booking includes tolls, parking, and standard waiting time. A fixed night-transfer surcharge applies only to pickups between 10pm and 5am, and is shown before you confirm — never added afterward.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Most changes to time, vehicle class, or destination can be accommodated before a driver is dispatched.
Flights, Trains & Waiting Time
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight automatically, so pickup time adjusts without you needing to contact us.
What happens if my SGR train is delayed or early?
The same applies to SGR transfers — drivers track the train’s actual schedule, not just the printed timetable.
How much free waiting time is included?
60 minutes for flight pickups, 30 minutes for SGR pickups, from the confirmed landing or arrival time.
What if I’m delayed beyond the included waiting time?
Contact your driver directly using the number sent in your booking confirmation — extended waiting is handled case by case rather than an automatic charge.
Vehicles & Luggage
What vehicle sizes are available?
From a 1–3 passenger saloon car up to a 14-passenger minibus — see the fleet page for capacity and luggage details.
Do you have vehicles fitted with child seats?
Yes — vehicles fitted with child seats are available on request across the fleet. Specify the number and age of children when booking so the right seat type is fitted before pickup.
How much luggage can I bring?
Standard saloon and SUV vehicles accommodate 2-3 large suitcases comfortably; larger groups or excess luggage should book a 7-seater or larger vehicle — mention luggage volume when booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
