Terms & Conditions — Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
These terms apply to every booking made with CoastLine Transfers, whether online, by phone, or by WhatsApp.

Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive driver and vehicle details by SMS or WhatsApp, sent at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to vehicle availability.
Fixed-Price Guarantee
The fare confirmed at booking is the fare paid on completion of the transfer. This includes tolls, parking, and standard waiting time. No additional charges are added after booking except the night-transfer surcharge described below, which is always shown and agreed before you confirm.
Waiting Time
Free waiting time is included from your confirmed flight landing or train arrival time: 60 minutes for airport transfers, 30 minutes for SGR transfers. Waiting time beyond this is handled case by case — contact your driver directly using the number provided in your booking confirmation.
Night-Transfer Surcharge
Pickups between 10pm and 5am carry a fixed surcharge to cover driver night rates. This is shown at booking before you confirm and never added afterward.
Cancellations & Changes
Most changes to time, vehicle class, or destination can be accommodated free of charge before a driver is dispatched. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible if your plans change. Child Seats

Corporate Accounts
Corporate account bookings are billed monthly on consolidated invoices. Standard payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
Liability
CoastLine Transfers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including flight or train delays, road closures, or traffic incidents — drivers will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup timing in these cases. [PLACEHOLDER — full liability clause requires legal review.]
Disputes
