This policy explains what information CoastLine Transfers collects when you book a transfer or use this website, how it’s used, and your rights over it.

Information We Collect

When you book a transfer, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight or SGR train number (where applicable), passenger count, and any special requirements you provide (such as a child seat request). If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we retain that conversation history for booking and support purposes.

This website also uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site — see “Cookies & Analytics” below.

How We Use Your Information

Your booking details are used to: confirm and dispatch your driver, track your flight or train so pickup timing adjusts automatically, contact you about your booking by SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or email, and respond to enquiries or complaints. Corporate account information (company name, billing contact) is used to issue monthly invoices.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who We Share Information With

Driver contact and trip details are shared with the assigned driver so they can complete your pickup. Where a payment processor is used, payment information is handled directly by that processor under its own privacy terms — CoastLine Transfers does not store full payment card details.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for operational, accounting, and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to track page visits, button clicks (such as phone and WhatsApp clicks), and form submissions, in order to understand site performance. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser’s cookie settings or a browser extension.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data where we are not legally required to retain it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
